Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Homelytics platform (the "Service") operated by Homelytics ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate marketing content. You acknowledge that:

AI generation is probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or nonsensical output.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or using it.
We make no guarantees regarding the uniqueness or copyright status of AI-generated content.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the listing data and photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Homelytics and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Homelytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
