- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

- Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
4. AI-Generated Content
Homelytics uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content for real estate listings. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Content Review: AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before publication. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI systems may occasionally produce errors or unexpected results
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific needs or expectations
- Professional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards (including fair housing laws and MLS rules)
- Factual Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all property information and claims made in marketing materials
- No Legal Advice: Homelytics does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. AI-generated content is for informational and marketing purposes only
5. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Homelytics, including property information, photos, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use this content to provide the Service.
Generated Content: You own all rights to the marketing content generated by our AI for your listings. You may use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit.
Platform Content: The Homelytics platform, including our software, algorithms, design, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by Homelytics or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
The Homelytics name and logo are trademarks of Homelytics. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

- Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your payment method fails or your account becomes past due
- We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide the Service would create legal liability or harm our reputation
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homelytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
